The Horta da Moura hotel, located in Reguengos de Monsaraz, has unveiled a unique offer to mark the upcoming Valentine’s Day.
Under the theme “Grow Your Love,” the accommodation and dinner package includes a symbolic gesture designed to extend the celebration over time: a small bag of seeds for couples to plant together. According to the hotel’s press release, the initiative invites participants to watch what they’ve planted grow, symbolizing the care and evolution of their relationship, and also includes an exclusive recipe to be prepared later using the harvested produce.
The program, available starting at 167 euros for two people, includes one night’s accommodation at the rural hotel and a dinner featuring a special menu designed by the team at the Sítio da Moura restaurant, recently opened under the leadership of Chef Maria Antónia Batista Martins. The restaurant is known for reinterpreting traditional Alentejo cuisine with a contemporary twist, often using ingredients from the estate’s own organic farm.
